SECTION 69.202. Previous Shell Dredging Orders

Latest version.

Any previous orders or rules dealing with shell dredging are expressly repealed with the exception of §69.121 of this title (relating to Prices) and commission action on August 12, 1974, designating state land tracts for general and special permits.
