SECTION 69.109. Findings of Fact

Latest version.

Within a reasonable length of time after the conclusion of the hearing, the director shall make findings of fact or have presented to the commission findings of fact from the State Office of Administrative Hearings and set forth whether the permit should be granted or denied.
