SECTION 65.613. Penalties

A person who violates the provisions of this subchapter, a condition of a permit issued under the provisions of this subchapter or violates any provision of Parks and Wildlife Code, Chapter 43, Subchapter L, commits an offense punishable by the penalty prescribed by Parks and Wildlife Code, §43.367.
