SECTION 65.54. Game Birds: Open Seasons and Bag Limits

Except as provided in Subchapter K of this chapter (relating to Raptor Proclamation), it is unlawful to hunt a game bird at any time other than during the open seasons provided in this chapter, or to take more than the daily bag limits, or to have in possession a game bird taken at any time other than during the open seasons. On the first day of any open season the possession limit is the same as the daily bag limit.
