SECTION 58.208. Limit on Number of Licenses Held; Designated License Holder

(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, no person may hold or directly control more than three commercial crab fisherman's licenses. (b) A commercial crab fisherman's license may only be issued to an individual. A business or partnership must designate an individual to whom the license will be issued.
