SECTION 363.603. Application for Assistance

Latest version.

An applicant for the board financial assistance in a project under the Storage Acquisition Program shall submit an application in the form and number prescribed by the executive administrator. The executive administrator may request any additional information needed to evaluate the application, and may return any incomplete application.
