SECTION 363.55. Certificate of Approval

Latest version.

Upon receipt of documentation from the political subdivision and project engineer that the project was completed in accordance with approved plans and specifications, and that the contractor has received final payment, except for retainage, the executive administrator shall issue a certificate of completion. This certificate shall be called a certificate of approval.
