SECTION 363.331. Alterations in Approved Plans and Specifications

In addition to the requirements of §363.52 of this title (relating to Alterations during Construction) the following provisions apply to municipal solid waste facilities. In the event alterations to approved plans and specifications or other engineering documents require a revision to the permit, permit application, Part B, or site development plan, the political subdivision must submit a copy of department approval along with justification of the change order. The executive administrator may require the political subdivision to obtain written approval by the department of any alteration not previously approved by the department.
