SECTION 363.312. Required Environmental Data

For municipal solid waste projects the executive administrator will review all environmental information contained in the engineering feasibility data report and the comments and documentation of coordination with appropriate state and federal agencies. The executive administrator may request that additional information be supplied in order to make a recommendation to the board.
