SECTION 363.301. Scope of Subchapter

The sections of this subchapter shall pertain to applications for financing municipal solid waste facility projects authorized by the Texas Water Code, Chapter 17, Subchapter F. Unless in conflict with the provisions of this subchapter, the provisions of Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to General Provisions) shall also apply to municipal solid waste facility projects.
