SECTION 355.7. Action of the Board on Projects

At the conclusion of the meeting to consider the project, the board may resolve to approve, disapprove, amend, or continue consideration of the application. Approval action shall include specification of a commitment period during which applicant must enter into a contract, and demonstrate matching funds availability, after which time the commitment shall expire, unless a time extension is granted by the board.
