SECTION 336.1109. General Requirements for the Issuance of Specific Licenses

A license application may be approved if the agency determines that the applicant has met the requirements of §336.207 of this title (relating to General Requirements for Issuance of a License) and the following:
(1) qualifications of the designated radiation safety officer as stated in §336.208 of this title (relating to Radiation Safety Officer); and (2) the applicant satisfies all applicable special requirements in this subchapter.
