SECTION 336.1017. Tests at Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material Waste Disposal Facilities

Each licensee shall perform or allow the executive director to perform any tests that the executive director deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of the rules in this chapter during normal working hours, including tests of:
(1) wastes and facilities used for the receipt, storage, processing, handling, and disposal of wastes; (2) radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and (3) other equipment and devices used in connection with the receipt, possession, handling, processing, storage, or disposal of waste.
