SECTION 222.155. Soil Moisture Monitoring

(a) The permittee shall comply with any requirement to monitor soil moisture to address specific soil limitations associated with a particular site, if included in the permit by the executive director. (b) When required by the executive director, the permittee shall: (1) monitor the soil moisture in each broadly defined soil characterization or soil textures, with at least one sample from each dispersal zone; and (2) monitor the soil moisture at the one-foot depth, and/or at the level of existing near-surface seasonal or permanent soil saturation when either of these zones of saturation occur within the two-foot depth, below the dispersal zone.
