SECTION 112.236. Recordkeeping Requirements

The owner or operator shall maintain records in written or electronic format sufficient to demonstrate compliance with each applicable requirement for a minimum of five years, including but not limited to:
(1) all monitoring data and sampling analyses, including but not limited to continuous emissions monitoring system flow rate and sulfur composition data, used to quantify emissions; (2) the methodology and any associated calculations employed to determine compliance; (3) documentation of any period that emission limits or standards were exceeded, and exceedance reports submitted to the appropriate Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regional office; and (4) copies of test reports for tests conducted in accordance with §112.235 and associated records.
