SECTION 64.30. Adverse Representation in Claims for Death Benefits

(a) An attorney may not represent two or more beneficiaries with adverse claims for death benefits, since such representation constitutes a conflict of interest. (b) An attorney who violates this section will be ordered to withdraw entirely, and may be subjected to disciplinary action.
