SECTION 49.135. Use of Court Reporters

Testimony will be recorded under the direction and control of the board member conducting the hearing. It will be permissible for any party to have a court reporter record the proceedings, conditioned upon:
(1) notification thereof shall be made to the presiding board member not less than three days before the scheduled hearing; and (2) the original of the transcript shall be promptly furnished by the court reporter to the board, without cost to the board; and (3) a true copy of the transcript shall be made available to the opposing party or parties at the usual and customary charge therefore.
