The patient is no longer considered eligible for outpatient detoxification treatment service when the patient fails to meets the criteria for continued stay for outpatient detoxification treatment services, as addressed in §3.8028 of this title (relating to Continued Stay Criteria for Outpatient Detoxification Treatment Service).
