SECTION 3.6301. Experience Refunds

Retroactive adjustment of rates of premiums for group insurance policies based upon the loss or expense experience thereunder (experience refunds) may only be made in accordance with the terms of the group insurance policy and may be made only at the end of a policy year and may be retroactive only for the immediately preceding policy year.
