SECTION 3.5605. Effective Date of Deviated Rate

An automatic rate deviation shall be effective immediately upon filing with the commissioner. The effective date for any approved rate deviation shall be the earlier of the date of approval in writing by the commissioner, or the 60th day after the date the insurer filed its request for approval of an approved deviated rate.
