SECTION 3.5205. Policies and Applications

Latest version.

Any individual policy, application, group policy, group certificate of insurance, or notice of proposed insurance shall be in full compliance with the law and this subchapter. All certificates of insurance shall be reflective of and not in contradiction to the provisions of the group policy.
