SECTION 251.407. Hearing Procedures

Latest version.

(a) A hearing request will be by written procedure setting out:
(1) subject matter;
(2) reason for request;
(3) list of witnesses who will appear; and
(4) itemization of evidence to be submitted.
(b) Any hearing held shall be open to the public.
