SECTION 1.81. Place of Commissioner's or Fire Marshal's Hearings

Latest version.

Unless otherwise directed by the commissioner, the fire marshal, or the presiding officer, all commissioner's and fire marshal's hearings shall be held in a commissioner's hearing room.
