SECTION 1.79. Commissioner's or Fire Marshal's Hearing Docket

  • When a matter has been initiated before the commissioner or the fire marshal and a hearing is required or shall be held, the hearings clerk shall enter the same on a docket. The docket shall show the number of the matter, a brief description of the subject to be considered, and the parties. The presiding officer shall make appropriate entries in the docket to show the history and disposition of the matter. The commissioner's or fire marshal's hearing docket shall be available for public inspection during business hours at the office of the hearings clerk.
