SECTION 1.53. Summary Procedures

Latest version.

Except for an application to the board for review of previous action on a routine matter pursuant to the Insurance Code, Article 1.33, §(d), summary procedures for routine matters as specified in that article are not subject to the contested case provisions of the Rules of Practice and Procedure.
