SECTION 1.1506. Revocation of Probation

If the department determines that the conditions of probation have not been met by the agent, the agent will be notified of the reasons why the department is seeking revocation or why additional conditions are to be imposed on the probation and the authority of such action. Following notice and a hearing held pursuant to the Government Code, §2001.051, et seq., and Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to Rules of Practice and Procedure), the department shall revoke the probation if the department finds that the conditions of probation have not been complied with by the agent or the department may impose such additional conditions as are necessary to protect the public or rehabilitate the agent.
