SECTION 147.8. Withdrawal from Settlement

(a) A party to a settlement may withdraw from the settlement at any time before it becomes effective by notifying the division of hearings in the commission's Austin office. (b) The employee's death shall be considered the employee's withdrawal from the settlement regardless of notice to the division of hearings.
