(a) Insurance carriers must submit claim EDI transactions according to the: (1) IAIABC EDI Implementation Guide for Claims, Release 3.1.4; (2) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Implementation Guide, Version 1.0; (3) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Element Requirement Table, Version 1.0; (4) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Edit Matrix, Version 1.0, dated June 30, 2023; and (5) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Event Table, Version 1.0. (b) In addition to the requirements adopted under §124.103 of this title (concerning Reporting Standards), when the injured employee's Social Security number is unknown for reporting claim EDI transactions, it must be reported in accordance with Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Element Requirement Table, Version 1.0, as adopted in §124.103 of this title.
