SECTION 749.667. What are the responsibilities of child placement management staff?

Child placement management staff must:
(1) Review and approve: (A) All child placement activities, as outlined in §749.663 of this title (relating to What are the responsibilities of child placement staff?); (B) Documentation of supervisory visits for compliance with §749.2815 of this title (relating to How often must I have supervisory visits with the foster home and what must be evaluated during a supervisory visit?); (C) Investigation findings of minimum standards deficiencies that Licensing requested you conduct; and (D) Corrective and adverse action plans involving foster families; and (2) Supervise child placement staff, if any, including planning for the staff's professional development and taking any other appropriate action in regard to their child-placing decisions. (3) Directly perform the responsibilities of the child placement staff, as appropriate (e.g. the child placement staff is absent or unavailable).
