SECTION 749.4263. What additional items must be included in a child's initial service plan?

(a) In addition to the requirements and items noted in §749.1309 of this title (relating to What must a child's initial service plan include?), the initial service plan for a child receiving trafficking victim services must include: (1) The plans to obtain alcohol treatment, substance abuse treatment, or both, for children who require it; (2) Updated plans for behavioral health treatment, including intervention and treatment services for sexual assault, for children who require it; and (3) A description of any legal services required for the child and how you will assist the child in meeting those needs. (b) You must document all professional consultations, examinations, recommendations, and treatment in the child's record.
