SECTION 749.4255. What must I do if an alcohol and substance abuse screening determines that a child receiving trafficking victim services may need alcohol or substance abuse treatment?

If an alcohol and substance abuse screening determines a child receiving trafficking victim services may need alcohol or substance abuse treatment, you must:
(1) Within 14 days, coordinate and schedule the child for an alcohol and substance abuse professional assessment; (2) Ensure the professional recommendations are carried out; and (3) File documentation of the professional assessment, recommendations, and follow-up in the child's record.
