SECTION 749.3741. What is a post-placement adoptive report?

A post-placement adoptive report is a written evaluation of the assessments and interviews, after the placement of the child, regarding the:
(1) Child; (2) Prospective adoptive parent(s); (3) Family of the prospective adoptive parent(s); (4) Environment of the prospective adoptive parent(s) and their family; and (5) Adjustment of all individuals to the placement.
