SECTION 749.3721. What are my agency's responsibilities during the pre-adoption supervisory period?

Your agency must:
(1) Ensure the child's needs are met in the adoptive placement; (2) Maintain responsibility for the child until the court has entered the adoption decree; and (3) Offer counseling services to the adoptive family. These services may be provided through referrals outside the agency.
