SECTION 749.3635. What is a "major life change in the adoptive family"?

A major life change in the adoptive family includes:
(1) Marriage, divorce, separation, death, birth, adoption, or any other change in household composition; or (2) A serious health problem that affects the ability of the adoptive parent to care for children.
