SECTION 749.2627. What must occur before one of my foster homes accepts a child for respite child-care service?

(a) You must approve each occurrence of respite child-care services in your homes. Respite child-care services must not be provided if it could be detrimental to the child. (b) Your child placement management staff must determine that the respite placement will not cause a conflict in care for any child that you have already placed in the foster home. The record of the foster home providing respite child-care services must include documentation of this determination.
