SECTION 749.2537. For what length of time can I issue a provisional verification?

Latest version.

(a) A provisional verification is valid:
(1) For six months from the date it is issued; or
(2) Until the foster home is issued a non-expiring verification or closed.
(b) You may not renew the provisional verification.
