SECTION 749.129. What policies must I develop for a legal risk placement program for foster-adoptive families?

If you operate a legal risk placement program, you must develop policies that specify:
(1) The requirements for foster-adoptive families to participate in this program; and (2) Criteria used in selecting children for appropriate legal-risk placements.
