SECTION 748.4767. May a young adult in care share a bedroom with a child in care receiving trafficking victim services?

(a) In addition to the requirements listed in §748.1937 of this title (relating to May an adult in care share a bedroom with a child in care?), a professional level service provider for operations must complete a re-assessment anytime a child or young adult: (1) Runs away from the operation and returns to care; or (2) Is discharged from your program and returns to care. (b) The re-assessment and approval by the professional level service provider must be documented and dated in the child's record.
