SECTION 748.4469. What are the requirements for sanitizing hands at a primitive campsite?

(a) Children and employees must sanitize their hands. (b) At least one of the following methods for sanitizing hands must be available at the campsite: (1) Bathrooms equipped with running water must always have soap available for use within 20 feet of the toilet areas; (2) A hand-washing sink using a portable water supply must have a sanitary catch system approved by your local health department and must always have antibacterial liquid soup or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer available for use: (A) You must follow label directions when using alcohol-based hand sanitizers; and (B) Children must not have access to soiled water; or (3) Privies and portable toilet facilities not equipped with running water must always have at least a waterless alcohol-based hand sanitizer available for use adjacent to toilet facilities. You must follow label directions when using alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
