SECTION 747.909. What records must I maintain on myself?

You must have the following records available for review during hours of operation:
(1) A copy of a health card or health-care professional's statement verifying you are free of contagious tuberculosis, if required by the regional Texas Department of State Health Services TB program or local health authority; (2) A record of your training hours; and (3) A copy of a current driver's license or other photo identification.
