SECTION 747.635. Must I keep attendance records or a sign-in and sign-out log for children in my care?

(a) Yes. You must maintain a record of attendance for each child in your care. You may use a sign-in and sign-out log or other attendance chart. (b) You must keep attendance records for the previous three months and make them available to Licensing for review upon request.
