SECTION 747.5117. How often must I have an electronic smoke alarm system tested?

If you use an electronic smoke alarm system;
(1) The monitoring company or state or local fire marshal must test the system at least annually; (2) You must document the date of the inspection and the name and telephone number of the inspector; and (3) You must keep the most recent inspection report at your child-care home.
