SECTION 747.3801. Must I have a first-aid kit at my child-care home?

Yes. You must have a first-aid kit available in the child-care home and on all field trips that is:
(1) Clearly labeled; (2) Kept in a clean and sanitary manner; (3) Easily accessible to all caregivers and household members; (4) In a designated location; and (5) Kept out of the reach of children.
