SECTION 747.301. What changes regarding my child-care home must I notify Licensing about before making the change?

You must notify us in writing before:
(1) Changing the address or location of the child-care home; (2) Adding to or reducing indoor or outdoor space; (3) Adding a swimming pool or other permanent body of water; (4) Changing the age range of children to be cared for; (5) Changing the hours, days, or months of operation; (6) Offering new services relating to minimum standards found in this chapter, such as nighttime care, transportation, or field trips; (7) Planned closure of five consecutive days or more, during designated hours of operation when the home is not caring for children, with the exception of nationally recognized holidays; or (8) Going out of business.
