SECTION 746.5204. Who must coordinate the implementation of an emergency preparedness plan?

(a) The director is responsible for implementing the emergency preparedness plan. (b) The director may also designate additional employees to be in charge during an emergency evacuation and relocation that occurs when the director is not at the operation.
