SECTION 746.2701. What are the basic care requirements for school-age children?

Basic care requirements for school-age children must include:
(1) Individual attention from and conversation with adults; (2) Physical care routines appropriate to each child's developmental needs; (3) Flexible programming according to ages, interests, and abilities of the children; and (4) A caregiver who is aware of the arrival and departure of each child, including dismissing children who ride the bus or walk home.
