SECTION 746.2205. What must a written activity plan include?

(a) A written activity plan must: (1) Identify the group the activity plan is designed for and list the dates (daily, weekly, or monthly) the plan covers; (2) Outline the specific daily activities, as required by §746.2206 of this subchapter (relating to What specific activities must I include in a written activity plan?); (3) Include sufficient time for activities and routines so that children can progress at their own developmental rate; and (4) Not include long waiting periods between activities or prolonged periods during which children stand or sit. (b) A written activity plan may include one or more screen time activities, as specified in §746.2207 of this subchapter (relating to May I use a screen time activity with a child?), if you also include alternative activities for children who do not want to participate.
