SECTION 746.1501. What is child/caregiver ratio?

(a) The child/caregiver ratio is the maximum number of children one caregiver can be responsible for. (b) Each child must have a caregiver who is responsible for the child and who is aware of details of the child's habits, interests, and any special problems.
