SECTION 745.8485. Can an operation record the inspection or investigation process?

(a) In order to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the Licensing inspection and investigation process, an operation or any person acting on the operation’s behalf may not make a visual or audio recording, listen to, or eavesdrop on any: (1) Licensing interview with operation staff, foster parents or other caregivers, children, or any other person; or (2) Internal discussion by or among Licensing staff. (b) This section does not prohibit an individual from recording a Licensing interview with the individual.
