SECTION 745.5159. What must occur before I may reopen and begin operating at the end of the voluntary suspension period?

(a) You must notify us in writing at least 15 days before you plan to begin operating. (b) We will conduct an inspection within 15 days to determine whether you are meeting all applicable licensing statutes, rules, and minimum standards. (c) After the inspection, we will determine whether to give you permission to reopen and operate. (d) You may reopen only if we give you permission to operate after conducting the inspection.
